Plans for a new Spar shop for Workington will be discussed by town councillors next week.
James Hall and Company Ltd has applied to Allerdale council to turn the former JR Graham filling station on the corner of Harrington Road and Douglas Road into a convenience store.
Workington town council's planning committee is due to discuss the plans as part of a consultation launched by Allerdale council.
