15-year-old's death not suspicious say police
Police are investigating the sudden death of a 15-year-old boy.
A spokesman from Cumbria police confirmed that officers were called to a house on Ritson Row, Allerby, on Tuesday, at 7am following the sudden death of the teenager.
He said while officers were working to establish the cause of death, it was currently being treated as "a very tragic, non-suspicious death".
Police, on behalf of the coroner, and partner agencies are investigating the circumstances of the death.
The boy’s family are being supported by police officers, family members and friends.
