Workington murder accused Calvin Patrickson to appear at Carlisle Crown Court
A Workington man accused of murder is due to appear before a judge in Carlisle tomorrow.
Calvin James Patrickson, 22, of Newlands Gardens, has been charged with the murder of Daniel McMullen, 29, of Beech Court.
Mr McMullen was pronounced dead on Saturday after being found injured at his home.
The case was referred to Carlisle Crown Court by magistrates in Workington this morning.
Patrickson did not appear in court.
He was remanded in custody.
