Follow the Olympic Torch Relay every step of the way through Cumbria. Our team of reporters and photographers will be joining the crowds on the route on Wednesday and Thursday.

And they will be sending the latest news and information to a live blog of the historic event. The blog gets under way at 3pm on Wednesday.
