Dog owners should pick it up!

TO ALL those dog owners out there, I am writing to complain about how people do not pick up their dogs' poo.
There is no reason why they do not pick up their dog poo.
Firstly of a morning I come through to Cockermouth on the bus. I get dropped off at Aldi and I walk up
In between these two streets there is poo everywhere. There is no reason why they can't pick it up because there is a bin at the top.
Even if people do pick it up they throw the bag in a bush.
When I have walked to school there has even been dog poo on the passageway outside.
So I hope all people with dogs will take into consideration how not picking up your dog's poo can affect the people around us. I hope you will take action in this matter soon.
You can get free bags from the council offices. So PICK UP DOG POO!
