Workington Sunday District Football League is getting ready to kick off this weekend for a new season.
Sunday sees matches in both the premier league and division one take centre stage with footballers returning to action in the league for the first time after the coronavirus lockdown restrictions began to be lifted.
There has been no change to the teams in both divisions, only four team name changes since the end of last season.
Sunday, September 6 fixtures, ko 2pm
Premier League: Deer Orchard v Blue Bell FC; Sun Inn v Pack Horse; Northside v Salterbeck.
Division One: Dearham v Highfield; JJs v Flimby Social FC; The Junction Workington v Maryport Labour Club; Glasson Gardeners v Sun Inn Athletic.
