A dream homecoming for Workington Comets star Craig Cook saw him go unbeaten to win the Cumberland Open Championship in style.
Cook, of Cleator, was the stand-out rider, despite strong performances from visitors Charles Wright and Ben Barker to finish second and third respectively, while last season's Comets captain, Ricky Wells, only missed out on a podium spot due to countback.
