Workington Comets reserve Adam Roynon will hope to prove himself against some of the nation's top riders in the British Semi-Final at Glasgow later this month.

Ex-Comets Richard Lawson, Charles Wright and Craig Cook will be among the competition on Sunday, May 15 as Roynon aims for one of the seven qualifying places or two wild card berths.

If successful, Roynon, who hails from Dalton, would then progress to the British Final at Belle Vue on June 13.
