Speedway sensation Kyle Bickley beat a host of older riders to clinch silverware in the Czech Republic.
The 13-year-old Workington rider won the 250cc Jawa Cup World Pairs meeting on Friday.
Kyle, who was competing against riders several years older than himself, won the event with pairs partner Kenneth Jorgensen, of Denmark.
Kyle finished second and 16-year-old Jorgensen was third in the final to give them the most points.
Kyle's dad Tony said: "There were about 9,000 people in the stadium. It was like what it would be like for a grand prix. It was a bit special.
He followed up his cup success with a second-place finish at the British Youth Championship at Rye House on Sunday.
Recently, he won the B final at the Slany Grand Prix in the Czech Republic and finished eighth in the FIM Long Track Youth World Cup 250cc in Vechta, Germany.
The Workington Academy pupil will next be in action at the British Youth Championship at Northside on Saturday and he will also be competing in the Dutch Championships on October 18.
