The new West Cumbria Youth League season kicked off at the weekend, with action across the area.
In the Under-12 league, Cleator Moor Celtic were convincing 10-0 victors over St Bees.
Whitehaven Miners Social edged out Moor Row 5-3 while Whitehaven AFC Blues were clear 9-0 winners at Seaton Athletic.
But there was a straight reversal of the last score as Seaton United claimed a 9-1 win over Whitehaven AFC Yellows.
At Under-13 level there were just two games as Whitehaven AFC won 9-0 at home over Senhouse Stars and Dearham Rangers claimed a 12-2 away win over Workington Reds Juniors' Black side.
Seaton Juniors racked up the goals in the U14 game against Workington Reds, winning 19-0.
It was tight at Aspatria when they hosted Whitehaven Miners Social and the sides could not be separated at the final whistle with a 1-1 scoreline.
There was another close encounter as Workington Wanderers Whites just got the better of Cleator Moor Celtic by a lone goal in 11, winning 6-5.
Whitehaven AFC Juniors won at home 5-1 over St Bees and Cockermouth Juniors beat Salterbeck 4-1.
Turning to the U16 league and Seaton's U16s beat Cleator Moor Celtic U15s 8-2.
Moor Row found success at the home of Cockermouth Juniors, winning 6-0 while Workington Reds Juniors Black side edged out Bransty Rangers 4-2.
Maryport AFC won 7-2 against Whitehaven AFC while Workington Reds White team picked up a 7-1 win at Maryport Athletic.
