Lexi McSherry has ridden to major success at the Ingliston Grand Slam 2017.

This event featured the Showing Register Scottish Rider Finals and was held at the Ingliston Country Club at Bishopton in Renfrewshire.

It was a two-day show for which Distington youngster Lexi had to qualify throughout the summer season.

On the Saturday, her pony Nantcol Sir William won the TSR In- Hand Pony Final, the Part-Bred Welsh and the Show Pony. Lexi was second in the best turned-out with Julmar Padgent, then won Pony Club Type and in the evening performance took reserve champion.

In the Sunday evening performance, Lexi and Nantcol Sir William won the Reserve Mini Supreme Champion of the day.
