Newport Wasps to buzz no more
It's sad to hear another club has been consigned to the speedway scrapheap.

Ian Thomas tribute is right
I was so pleased to hear the announcement that the man who brought speedway to Workington is to be remembered at this year's Telford Ice meeting.
Ian Thomas was always known as one of the sport’s great entertainers and his emphasis was always to put on a great show.

Shane Parker leaves on a high
It was sad to see Shane Parker retire from speedway last season but he is certainly going out with a bang by putting together a star studded line up for his farewell meeting in a couple of months time.
