Harrogate have started strongly in the National League North, the division above Reds, and sit fourth in the table.
However, they will come up against an in-form Workington Reds at Borough Park, where they are unbeaten this season.
Workington have won five of their last eight games in all competitions, which has included four clean sheets.
Andrews believes home advantage in tomorrow’s second qualifying round is big bonus for the team.
He said: “It should be a decent game. They won’t be looking forward to coming to us.
“We have got quite a lot of players with experience of playing at Harrogate’s level.
“We have a good chance of doing well.
“Getting a home draw is a massive plus, especially with the way we have been playing.”
The winners of the tie will bank £4,500 in prize money from the Football Association.
Reds won £3,000 after beating Colwyn Bay 5-0 in the first qualifying round.
Defender Josh Calvert (hamstring) will be assessed before tomorrow’s match.
Meanwhile, the club will hold a Macmillan Coffee Morning today in the Shankly Lounge at Borough Park from 11am.
Workington U18s eased into the second qualifying round of the FA Youth Cup with a resounding 13-0 win away at Hebburn Town on Wednesday.
They will play Altrincham at home in the next round, with the tie due to be played the week commencing October 5.
Workington Reds Ladies will also be in action on Sunday when they host CMB Ladies in the league at Borough Park (2pm ko).
