Today's hosts had their 17-game unbeaten run ended last weekend when they went down 2-1 to Mickleover Sports.
And Workington will be missing four key players for the clash as they travel without Jake Simpson, Conor Tinnion, Anthony Wright and James Earl.
But Hewson is aware of the threats posed by The Gingerbreads, who sit seventh in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier Division table, one place above the west Cumbrians who have two games in hand, and is confident of getting a result.
“They’ve been on a fantastic run of late, going 17 games unbeaten until that came to an end last week,” he said.
“But we go there knowing that if we play to our full potential, then we can win. We will be focusing on what we can do.
“We’ll be reshuffling the pack to take into consideration their threats, it’s a tough place to go.”
Red cards for Simpson and Tinnion in last week’s 3-2 defeat at Stafford mean they will miss out against Grantham.
“We’re missing a few,” he said. “Obviously, we’ve got Jake Simpson and Conor Tinnion suspended and Anthony Wright and James Earl are out injured, so that’s four key players out.
“They’ll always be a big miss.”
