Red cards for Jake Simpson and Conor Tinnion in Saturday’s defeat at Stafford mean chances will be handed to others against Grantham Town.
Andrews said: “There’s two lads going to miss out because they’re suspended, so it gives other lads the chance to step up and they’ve got the shirt.
“If they play well they keep it, that’s the way we’ve done it all season.”
Despite going down 3-2 at the Marsden Stadium, Andrews took positives from his team’s recovery from 2-0 down to be level at the break, and said it was proof of the strong character in the dressing room.
“We were disappointed because, after they worked so hard to get back into the game, we conceded a sloppy goal,” he said.
“We’d spoken at half-time about what we needed to do to win and Sam Joel had the chance to maybe get something out of it but it wasn’t to be.
“The pleasing thing was when we went down to 10 men we came back to 2-2 which was encouraging.”
