Workington Reds must guard against complacency if they are to make it five wins from five at mid-table Witton Albion tonight, warned joint boss Lee Andrews (7.45pm ko).

Reds are enjoying a run of form which has seen them rise up the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League table to sixth and although Andrews admitted it was good to see confidence growing in the dressing room, he is wary of getting too ahead of themselves.

"Obviously we want to keep the momentum of four wins on the bounce going as long as we can," he said.

"It's guarding against complacency now; the lads can't just turn up and have it happen.

"We've got to be working as hard as we have been in the last few games.

"Witton are a team that will look to get the ball down and play which suits us because that's what we like to do so hopefully it will be a good football match.

"Everyone looks at the table and it's pleasing to see us move up but we don't concentrate on it much really until April."

Reds will be without suspended duo Conor Tinnion and Dan Wordsworth tonight, while James Earl will miss out due to injury.

But they will be boosted by the long-awaited return to the squad of Rob Wilson, with Josh Calvert also back from suspension.

Andrews said: "It gives the lads a chance to stake a claim to a shirt.

"Matty Douglas came in on Saturday and played well and that's the kind of thing we want to see."

One thing which has pleased Andrews and fellow boss Dave Hewson in recent weeks has been midfielders like Dave Symington and loanees Jack Egan and Jordan Holt chipping in with goals.

Andrews added: "That takes the pressure off the forwards because if they're the only ones scoring its harder for them."

"We want to see more of that."
