Distington ARL have been drawn away to Normanton Knights in the first round of the 2016 Ladbrokes Challenge Cup.
Fellow West Cumbrian sides Wath Brow, Kells and Egremont were all drawn out at home against the RAF, Nottingham Outlaws and Blue Bulls respectively.
The draw was made this afternoon at Wembley Stadium by Leeds Rhinos winger and 2015 Lance Todd Trophy winner, Tom Briscoe and Lizzie Jones, who performed Abide With Me prior to last year’s Challenge Cup final.
The first round fixtures will be played over the weekend of January 30/31.
