Talented full-back Tee Ritson has turned down an offer to stay at Workington Town next season.
The youngster missed a large chunk of last season through injury but returned mid-way through and turned in some key performances.
But, despite receiving an improved offer from the Derwent Park side, Ritson has decided to move on.
A club statement from Workington said they respect his decision and wish him luck.
It read: "Theerapol Ritson has informed the club that he will not be accepting the contract offer made to him and that he’s moving on for the 2018 season.
"Significantly improved contract terms were offered as well as a personal development opportunity within a Super League environment, as part of the package.
"But we respect his decision. We’d like to wish him the best of luck in the future and sincerely thank him for his time at Workington Town."
