THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (A65 NEAR ENDMOOR) (TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Network Plus Services Ltd on behalf of United Utilities to carry out works for the installation of a new connection ("the Works), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding at speeds in excess of 30 miles per hour along that section of the A65 near Endmoor, from a point approx. 30m south of its junction with the U5347, extending in a southerly direction for approx. 110m. No speed limit imposed by this Order will apply to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3(5) of those Regulations.

quoting the reference SL20/2II. The Order will come into operation on 14 July 2020 and may continue in force for a maximum duration of eighteen months. However, please note that it is anticipated that the restriction will only be required for 5 days and only as and when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
