THE COUNTY OF THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (VARIOUS ROADS, SOUTH LAKELAND AREA) (CONSOLIDATION OF TRAFFIC REGULATIONS) (ORDER 2002) (BUSHER WALK SERVICE ROAD, KENDAL) VARIATION ORDER 2020
1. Cumbria County Council hereby give notice that on 11 August 2020 it made the above Order under 1(1), 2(1) to (4), 19,32,35, 35A, 38, 45, 46, 47, 49, 51, 53 and 64 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The Order will come into operation on 17 August 2020 and its effect will be to: -

(a) Introduce a One-Way traffic restriction along the Busher Walk Service Road, Kendal, from the southern junction with Busher Walk, around the Police Station in generally northerly then westerly (anti-clockwise) direction, for its entirety; and

(b) Introduce "No Waiting At Any Time", ie double yellow line restrictions along both sides of Busher Walk Service Road, Kendal, from the southern junction with Busher Walk, around the Police Station.

3. Full details of the Order, together with a plan showing the lengths of road concerned, and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order, may be inspected at: -

4. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks of 11 August 2020 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
