Notice of Public Path Order Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Section 257 Allerdale Borough Council (Public Footpath 223003 Land Off Strawberry How Road Cockermouth) Public Path Stopping Up Order (No.1) 2019 Footpath Number 223003 (Part thereof)
An Order has been made for the Stopping Up of part of footpath 223003 on the 14 February 2019. The effect of the Order will be to stop up the footpath between Grid Reference 313050, 530303 and 313371, 530267 as shown on the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order map can be seen free of charge at Allerdale House, Workington, Cumbria CA14 3YJ between the hours of 9:00am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) and Cockermouth Customer Service Centre, Cockermouth Library, Main Street, Cockermouth CA13 9LU between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). Copies of the Order may be obtained from the Council. The Order and the Order map can also be viewed on the Council’s website www.allerdale.gov.uk under application reference 2/2018/0496. Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Legal Services, Allerdale House, Workington, Cumbria CA14 3YJ, not later than 22 March 2019. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no representations or objections are made, or if made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Order Number: 13421
