A man has been brought back to before magistrates after failing to comply with a court order.
Jamie Atkinson, 25, of Winifred Street, Workington, was given the order in February after he breached an animal ban by having control of three dogs.
He appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates Court this month and admitted failing to provide documentary evidence of his reason for not attending appointments as required by the order.
Atkinson was given a 10-week curfew from 6pm to 6am and ordered to pay £60 costs.
