Cockermouth Mountain Rescue team called out to women who fell on the shores of Crummock Water.
Cockermouth Mountain Rescue Team has confirmed that they rescued a woman in her 60s who had fallen and injured her arm.
The woman was walking along the shore of Crummock Water yesterday when she fell.
She tried to carry on walking but struggled and began to feel faint and dizzy.
The team were called to the scene and they carried her to the road.
