CHARGED: John Cooper who owns JJC
THE boss of a waste firm in Barrow has appeared in court accused of environmental breaches.
John Cooper, of Underwood Terrace in Dalton, has been charged with breaching an environmental permit at Elliscales Quarry and disposing of waste at the former Psrtylite site in Barrow without a permit.
The 45-year-old is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on December 3.
