Cumbria Printmakers are holding their annual Christmas sale in Ravenglass Village Hall this weekend.
There will be a great selection of prints and paintings in a diverse range of styles and prices.
There will also be a range of greetings cards to stock up on and hand printed Christmas cards.
Cumbria Printmakers exhibit regularly throughout Cumbria. Several of them are currently exhibiting their prints at The Great Print Exhibition at Rheged.
Local printmakers include Ravenglass artist Mark Pearce, who is already very well known for his dazzling multi layered prints, Dawn Mills from St Bees whose diverse work reflects her many passions and Cockermouth printmaker, Jill Davis, who produces bold relief prints of the local landscape.
The artists manning the show will be very happy to explain the wide variety of printing methods they employ.
Visitors will have the opportunity to try their hand at printmaking and print their own Christmas cards, and there will be coffee, tea and mince pies.
The sale will be open on Saturday and Sunday, December 1 and 2, from 10.30am to 4.30pm.
