Failing to comply with a court order has landed a Seaton man with an overnight curfew.
Jonathon Keith Stoddart, 27, of Donald Road, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates Court in Workington.
He admitted failing to attend appointments on September 16, as directed by Barrow Magistrates Court.
The order was revoked and Stoddart was resentenced for his original offence of assaulting a man at Bowness on Windermere on February 24.
He was given an eight-week curfew from 7pm to 5am.
