Amanda Rae, 46, is missing from Carlisle
A 46-year-old woman who had been missing from Carlisle for three days has been found.
Police have confirmed that Amanda Rae is safe and well.
Officers issued a public appeal after growing concerned for her welfare.
She had last been seen in Carlisle city centre on Thursday.
