A Workington firm is the only one in Cumbria to be named among the best manufacturing businesses in the UK.
TSP Engineering, based on Derwent Howe in Workington, has been included in The Manufacturer Opus, an annual book published by Hennik Research to showcase the UK's premier manufacturers.
It appears alongside 35 other companies, including big names like Siemens, McLaren Automotive and Leyland.
The Manufacturer, an industry publication, shortlisted TSP Engineering in its recent excellence awards.
In November, the TSP's chief executive John Coughlan was named in the top 20 most inspiring manufacturing leaders in the UK and staff member Dean Robinson was named in the publication's top 100.
Mr Coughlan said: “I am so proud of all of the people in this company and of what they have achieved.
"There is potentially a great future for all of our employees especially those who want to advance and for people in Cumbria who want to be part of a developing business.
"I know that a company is only as good as its people and we have some great people here at TSP."
