A Cockermouth bowling club will be holding a coffee morning and open day, when non-members are welcome to have a go.
"The new outdoor bowling season is drawing near and the green at Croft Bowling Club on Challoner Street looks to be in perfect condition," said a spokesman.
A coffee morning will be held on Saturday, March 30, from 10am. There will be an open day on Sunday, April 7, when non-members wishing to learn more and try their hands at bowling will be welcome.
