A CLEATOR Moor man was tagged after breaching a restraining order by contacting his mother.
Trevor Green, 43, of Mill Hill, pleaded guilty to contacting Phyllis Green through a third party, despite a restraining order imposed in July preventing him from doing so.
Green was handed a curfew when he appeared at the magistrates court in Workington on Friday.
He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
