Year Six pupil, Ella, 10, said: "We've been looking at egg science and fingerprints which has been really fun.

"My favourite table so far has been the moisturising table where we've been making our own moisturiser out of oil, food colouring and Vaseline.

"I've found this task the most interesting and am looking forward to using it at home.

"The science fair has made me more interested in science because you're learning lots of new things.

"I think it's really good when we get to go out of the classroom and do our own experiments because it shows us how you can use science in the real world which I found interesting."

Year Six pupil, Emily, 11 said: "I enjoyed the moisturising stall the most because I found it so interesting.

"We also learnt how to make toothpaste which I wouldn't have known before.

"It's definitely made me more interested in science and learning about how things work.

"I think it's made me more excited and interested in science because we're learning it in a practical way.

"It's something different than just learning in the classroom everyday, this way we get to actually do the experiments ourselves.

"I hope we are doing another science fair next year because I enjoyed it so much."
