POLICE: Two arrested on suspicion of theft in Barrow
OFFICERS are appealing for information after a backpack was lost in Carlisle.
The backpack was lost between Hayton Road and London Road on April 15 at about 12pm.
Police say the backpack fell off the back of a wheelchair.
It is blue and the brand is "Outdoors". The bag contains personal items and the force is keen to help the owner get it back.
