THE guide price for a 14-bedroom Lake District hotel has been reduced by £100,000.
Lairbeck Hotel at Keswick is now on the market for £1.25 million with Penrith agents Mere Commercial.
Hoteliers Malcolm and Jennifer Hutchinson are retiring after 11 "enjoyable" years at the Vicarage Hill property, set in an acre of grounds with views of Skiddaw.
