BUSINESSMAN: Malcolm Wilson has submitted a planning application
M-SPORT boss Malcolm Wilson hopes to build a hotel on his Dovenby site.
He has submitted an application to Allerdale Council screening opinion for a new hotel including access, appearance, layout and scale.
The award-winning rally company moved to its Dovenby site in 2000.
Major restoration work and developments have taken place since then, creating a state-of-the-art facility.
As well as being home to the world champion team, Dovenby Hall also offers serviced office accommodation for external companies.
