Stretch of A595 reopened after a two vehicle crash
One of west Cumbria's key commuter roads was partially blocked due to a crash.
The A595 Loop Road was experiencing heavy traffic due to a two vehicle crash at the junction with Aikbank Road in Whitehaven.
Emergency services were called to the scene shortly after 6.30am this morning.
One person was treated for minor injuries.
A crew from Whitehaven Fire Station worked with police to get the road reopened.
