A CARLISLE man with a history of previous convictions will spend 133 days behind bars after he breached a restraining order issued by a court.
James Felton Queen, 43, attended Queensway which links Wigton Road to Orton Road in Carlisle, despite being prohibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed on May 16 last year.
He attended the street on May 10 this year.
Queen, of John Street Hostel, pleaded guilty to the offence before Carlisle's magistrates' court on Saturday.
During the incident he made threats to family in the presence of a police officer.
Queen - who committed the breach shortly after he was released from prison - has a history of previous convictions including breaches.
