AM I the only person in the whole of the UK who is wholeheartedly cheesed off when offered (frequently) chargrilled (burnt) food?
I have had chargrilled (burnt) cauliflower and lettuce, chargrilled (burnt) sour dough bread, chargrilled (burnt) halloumi, and chargrilled (burnt) scallops.
Chargrilled steak if properly cooked and not burnt is OK, but please - burnt veg, halloumi and seafood?
Time to move on, methinks.
