TWO people were taken to hospital are a car collided with a railway bridge.
A Ford Focus, driven by an 18-year-old Dumfries man, hit Skew Bridge, near Mouswald, Annan, at about 1.50am yesterday.
The driver and his passenger, 17, were treated at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary "with a number of injuries".
Blocks from the bridge were knocked onto the railway line.
The road at the scene was closed to allow recovery of the vehicle and to ensure safety of both the bridge and the railway.
