Police are trying to trace two men who conned money from a Carlisle takeaway.
It happened at the Lucky Chop Suey House on Newtown Road on Friday.
Cumbria Police said two men entered the shop and one purchased chips.
He then proceeded to fraudulently obtain £30 in cash from the sales assistant, by making repeated requests for money to be changed.
He was assisted by the other man who distracted the sales assistant.
The incident happened at around 8pm at the takeaway, opposite the Cumberland Infirmary.
