POLICE are urging people in Cotehill, Wetheral, Armathwaite, Durdar and surrounding areas to check sheds and outbuildings to see if anything has been stolen.
It follows the arrest of three males at High Stand Forest on Wednesday for vehicle interference offences.
The van the trio were travelling in also contained a number of items that officers suspect had been stolen.
These included a Carrera mountain bike, a Mcallister petrol lawn mower, a Kawasaki leaf blower, petrol strimmer and garden tools.
If you believe you have had these items or other property stolen call Cumbria Police on 101, referencing incident 170 of 26 June 2019.
