Albion under-23s full-back Alex Cochrane has signed a new two-year contract.
The 19-year-old has been rewarded for his dependable displays for Simon Rusk's successful side.
Rusk said: "This new deal is a reward for Alex’s consistent performances last season.
"The challenge for him now is to continue that development by working hard every day and give himself the best possible chance to keep progressing."
Cochrane made his debut for the Seagulls three seasons ago in the under-18s.
He has been a regular in the under-23s team that won promotion and went close to the top flight title last season.
He also played in the Checkatrade Trophy at Luton last season.
