Police investigate £1 thousand damage
A police probe had begun after more than a thousand pounds worth of damage was done to Allerdale Borough Council's headquarters.
The door was wrecked at Allerdale House, between 9.15pm and 9.25pm, on Thursday, July, 11.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident of criminal damage and are appealing for the public's help to find the culprit.
A spokesman for Cumbria Police said: "Anyone with any information or who witnessed the incident is asked to contact police on 101."
