A 13-year-old boy who mounted a two-year campaign of harassment has been given a criminal behaviour order (CBO).
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, subjected his Carlisle victim to terrifying abuse in her own home between April 2017 and April 2019.
It began when he was just 11.
Carlisle's magistrates' court heard how the boy's behaviour included setting fire to her bins, verbally abusing her, throwing items at her house and kicking her door.
Appearing in court, the teen pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment and was given a two year restraining order banning him from contacting his victim, and made subject to a two year CBO which bans him from three separate roads in Carlisle.
The schoolboy was also referred to a youth offender panel for a six month contract period.
He separately admitted causing £300 damage at a community centre in the city on April 16, and damaging a Ford Fiesta on April 5. He was ordered to pay his victims £300 and £100 compensation respectively
