CUMBRIAN Heritage Group is hoping to boost the the county's tourism surrounding faith and spiritualism.
Regional figures released by Visit Britain showed that the number of Cumbrian tourists visiting a religious venue was only 20 per cent. As part of the ‘Heritage Cumberground’ initiative, the group has launched its own ‘Spiritual Line’ to help visitors discover religious venues in the county.
