A Cockermouth man has written his second children's book.
Stuart McDonald's latest creation is called Turtle Trouble and focuses on the environment and recycling.
The graphic designer and part-time author was born in Workington and brought up in Cockermouth but now lives in Wiltshire.
He wrote his first book, The Witches' Tea Party, for his daughter, Isla, 10, when she said that she wanted to read a story about witches.
It was published earlier this year.
Speaking of his latest illustrated book, Stuart said: "The new book is about the environment and recycling and carries a huge message to the younger readers.
"It's also been supported by several environmental agencies."
Turtle Trouble is available through Amazon.
