AN APPLICATION to build two new homes north of Carlisle's airport has been approved by city council planners.
A plan was submitted to Carlisle City Council on July 12, with permission granted on September 3.
The outline planning permission was for two three bedroom homes in Watty's Field in Laversdale, which is north of Carlisle Lake District Airport.
Included in the plan is five car parking spaces.
The homes will be built using red brick and grey slate for the roofs.
