A BALACLAVA-CLAD thief raided a home before fleeing the scene in a BMW.
Police are investigating the burglary, which took place shortly before 5.30pm on October 13 at an address in Moricambe Park, Skinburness.
The unknown offender is described by police as being a white man, about 6ft and of medium build.
He is said to have been wearing a long dark coloured anorak, full length trousers and dark coloured trainers with a white stripe.
Police believe the offender was also wearing a black balaclava and a dark pair of gloves.
He was seen leaving the address in a black old style BMW.
Officers are appealing for anyone with information to contact PC 2691 on 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting log 207 of October 13.
