Man arrested after cat is found dead
A man has been arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty.
The 76-year-old man was arrested on November, 6, after a missing cat was found dead in Aspatria.
A spokesman from Cumbria Police said: "We received a report from the owner of the cat on Tuesday, November,5, expressing concern that the cause of death may have been from poisoning.
"This is yet to be confirmed."
