A BARROW man has been banned for 12 months after admitting drink-driving.
Jacob Brooks, 20, of Clifford Street, pleaded guilty when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates Court.
He was caught on Abbey Road, Barrow, on October 18 with 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35mcgs. He was also fined £350 and told to pay £85 costs and a £35 surcharge.
