A TEENAGER from Barrow has appeared in court accused of causing criminal damage to two cars.
Jack Pattinson, of Talisman Close in Barrow, pleaded guilty to the two offences when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' on Wednesday.
The 19-year-old admitted causing criminal damage to two cars on December 21 of last year.
He damaged a Citroen DS belonging to Amy Maud in Barrow causing damage valued at £300.
He also damaged a Vauxhall Insignia belonging to Daniel French in Barrow causing damage valued at £300.
Pattinson, represented in court by Karen Templeton, was given a 12-month conditional discharge.
If he commits any other offences within the next 12 months he will be re-sentenced.
He was also told to pay £225 compensation to Miss Maud and £300 compensation to Mr French.
